This is a terrain creation utility created by Lukas Loehrer, aka Luke. This program is a native Win 3x program, but it crashes very often, even with computers with a real Win 3x.
This program is just a terrain editor, with a display of the full terrain at once. When your terrain is created you have to create the track by using another tool.
