Spoonboy is a British racer that joined the community in May 2023. Being a member of [[DOS Game Club]], he and other Club members came to our tournaments when [[Stunts]] gained focus on their site, in preparation for the coming podcast. Thus, he made his debut on 31 May 2023 in [[ZakStunts]] with [https://zak.stunts.hu/tracks/ZCT262 Coastal Revenge] and he soon developed his techniques, becoming a very fast driver.

[https://forum.stunts.hu/index.php?action=profile;u=1302 Erik Barros] is a Brazilian [[Stunts]] driver who made his debut on 19 Sep 2022 in [[ZakStunts]] with [https://zak.stunts.hu/tracks/ZCT254 ZCT254 - Island Run].
Despite knowing the game and playing since the 90s, he had a difficult start in the competition due to his lack of technique and knowledge of the basic fundamentals of the game. With the help and collaboration of the community, he began to achieve better results and in January 2023 he was invited to join the [[Doubleplusspeed]] team, managing to win the amateur championship of 2023 and joining the professional group.

The term '''custom car''' can be used, often interchangeably with ''cheat car'', to refer to any modified version of the Stunts' set of original cars, created by hex-editing CAR*.RES files (either directly or through the [[Car_Blaster|Car Blaster]] tool) and, optionally, swapping, mixing or modifying the car graphics files (see the [[Car_files|explanations on car files]]).

Although some custom cars have much better performance than any of the original cars (thus being cheat cars ''stricto sensu''), such as the Lada Niva Comeback, others were developed as vehicles with reasonably realistic characteristics, the most prominent example being the [[Melange XGT-88]]. Custom cars approved for usage in [[ZakStunts]] (as of 2009, [[Nissan Skyline|Skyline]], [[Speedgate]] and [[Ford Ranger|Ranger]]) can also be included into the latter category. Custom car design, which once appeared to have become something of a lost art, is experiencing a revival largely thanks to the new possibilities of graphics customization opened by [[stressed]].

The '''Fiat Uno with ladder''' is custom car designed by [[Erik Barros]]. The car is based on a well-known urban legend in Brazil. It is characteristic of the car to have good acceleration, excellent grip on dirty terrain and good handling, but it does not have a high final speed.

== The myth of the Fiat Uno with ladder ==

Fiat Uno (pronounced oono, aka Uno Mille) have been among the least expensive cars to buy and maintain in Brazil, since their release in the 1980s, having become extremely popular in the 1990s. Because of that, they've become the car of choice for cable companies to equip their servicemen with. Because the cable infrastructure in Brazil is almost entirely aerial (as in, stretched and hanging from pole to pole), these servicemen need their ladders, which go on top of the Uno, to work on the suspended cables and given a huge amount of service calls to attend to, and a lack of concern for the Uno's well-being, cable company servicemen tend to rush and weave through traffic like madmen. This has given rise to the myth (and internet meme) that equipping an Uno with a roof ladder will make it the fastest car in the planet.
