Lithuan racer (debuted in 2002), member of Orion and later Mimas Racing. He managed IRC championship. Mingva was "famous" for his arrogant, critical, humorless style and his :P icons. So it's not a surprise to know that he was the most insulted (-insult Mingva) and kicked (!kick Mingva) person in Stunts chatroom. After destroying Stunts league in F1Tipping game, Mingva was deleted from Stunts Forum member list.
The Looping Warriors invented the well-spreaded saying: "Mingva le van fingva" which means Somebody farted on Mingva.
CTG's personal comment: Mingva doesn't deserve any nice words about his career. If you don't like my opinion, feel free to edit.
