Mingva is a Lithuanian racer who debuted in 2002. He formed the Orion team with Alain, Krys TOFF and Leo Ramone. After the end of the ISA (International Stunts Association) competition in 2003, he also became the manager of its successor, the IRC (Indy Racing Contest). A highly active community member at first, Mingva gradually faded away from community life, and in 2004, his main contribution to the community was some nasty flamewars with Akoss Poo and CTG. After a controversy with Zak McKracken because he deleted the Stunts league which he had started on www.f1tipping.com, he was deleted from the forum in 2006. His best results were track victories on ZCTP2 and ZCT32, where Alain slowed down at the end to let his teammate win.

During the flamewars, Mingva became part of a glorious rhyme: "Mingva le van fingva", made up by the Looping Warriors, which means Somebody farted on Mingva.
